Returns

We maintain a strict return policy. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You have received the wrong product, or
  • The product is damaged, defective, or not in perfect condition upon delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • You must provide clear unboxing video and photographs as proof of the issue.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Submit the required unboxing video and images.
  3. Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if required).

Please Note: We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind / dislike of the product
  • Color variation (due to lighting or device screen differences)
  • Fit or sizing issues
  • Any other subjective reasons

Refund / Store Credit

  • If your return request is approved, the amount will be issued as Store Credit only.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or bank refund under any circumstances.
  • No cash refunds will be processed.

Important

  • We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
  • Products returned without prior approval or failing to meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
  • All decisions regarding returns and store credit are at the sole discretion of Sanya Khandelwal.
